Hi, I'm Kathy! Some of the things that bring me cheer are: spending time with friends and family, serving in the temple, traveling, cooking, shopping (I may have a little shoe obsession), and doing my blog.
My Family
I have been married 38 years to my high school sweetheart! I'm a mom of 5 wonderful kids - 4 daughters and 1 son, 3 incredible sons-in-law and an amazing daughter-in-law. I am now a grandma of eight! I have three beautiful granddaughters and five adorable little grandsons who are the light of my life! They bring me so much joy and happiness! I also include as part of my family some "adopted" children who add to my life immeasurably! I feel so blessed to have the family I do!
My Faith
I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Because of that, my faith brightens my life every day! I am grateful for the knowledge that I have a Heavenly Father who loves me and a Savior whose example shows me how to live. Their perfect plan has sustained me through many trials, especially the loss of my oldest daughter and recently my sweet son-in-law. I am comforted by knowledge that families are forever!
